Satvinder Singh
Director
Satvinder Singh, director of Jot Solutions, has extensive range of experience within Maritime Industry in business process re-engineering, workflow management and IT projects. His sole objective has been to be at forefront of new software technologies and efficient business process techniques, and thereby enabling the maritime industry to keep pace with the rest of the industries.
Started his career in 1991 and sailed for 7 years as Electrical/Electronics Engineer, which allowed him to intricately understand the nature and dynamics of marine business from various operational perspectives. Next 18 years, he has spent in building and implementing Marine ERP solutions onboard Tankers/FSOs/FPSOs/Containers/Bulk Carriers. His forte is in evaluating, installing, supporting various types of ship-shore satellite communications systems (including all Inmarsat terminals, KU and C bands). He excels in optimizing communication bandwidth usage to reduce Ship Managers' communication cost.
